The hotel had a unique and charming atmosphere, with each room being different from the others. . the included breakfast, although small, was enough to start the day. the two onsite restaurants provided a variety of dining options.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a disappointment, especially during hot weather. . It took some time to figure out that the windows could be fully opened.

The hotel is located in a peaceful residential area, away from the busy city center. It has a lovely courtyard and a homely atmosphere. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated and had a small balcony to unwind after a long day. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. There were convenient transportation options nearby, including a tram station just a short walk away. Additionally, there were a few good restaurants in the area, perfect for enjoying a meal in a "beer garden" setting.

The breakfast was excellent.

One room was directly above the entrance. There was a lot of smoking there and ventilation was therefore difficult. One of my colleagues' rooms also smelled a lot of smoke. But officially they are all non-smoking rooms.

The whole atmosphere was wonderful and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. All in all, a very successful stay!!

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a residential area. This place provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The room was a suite, with a small balcony and charming decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially a dark-haired guy at the reception who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The hotel also offered amenities such as free mineral water, free Wi-Fi, and a breakfast with a good selection. The overall experience was wonderful, and I will definitely come back.

Would have preferred tea and coffee making facilities in the room rather than having to ring for free room service. Limited car parking - had to find space in narrow residential streets nearby.

The rooms were very tastefully decorated and the breakfast was good. Staff in breakfast room extremely friendly and helpful. We forgot our German plug for the computer and reception had a huge supply so we could use one of theirs. Beds very comfortable. Free water supplied which was great. Warm and cosy room. Two TVs - great!

It was quite noisy due to the tiled floor; you could hear people coming and going and suitcases rattling over the tiled floor outside the room. Receptionist varied in friendliness.

Located in a residential area on the west side of the city, Best Western Brennerscher Hof offers a quiet and peaceful setting with a lovely courtyard. There are several decent restaurants nearby, including a potato restaurant and a main restaurant, which are popular with the locals. the rooms are tastefully decorated, and some even have a balcony where guests can relax and enjoy the view. the friendly staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast offers a good selection of food to start the day.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms, which can be uncomfortable during hot weather.
